The Only Plant-Based, High-Performance Car Wash Soap for Professionals and Enthusiasts

Meet Oberk's APS-- the All Purpose Soap that redefines what a car wash product can be. Developed using advanced, plant-based chemistry from outside the automotive world, APS delivers serious cleaning power—without harsh ingredients or environmental compromise.

This isn’t just another soap. With a pH of 9.5, APS is a professional-strength alkaline formula designed to strip waxes, sealants, and road grime—while remaining safe for ceramic-coated vehicles and delicate surfaces. Whether you're prepping for paint correction, removing bugs and salt, or maintaining a coated finish, APS does it all with eco-conscious ingredients and exceptional performance.

  • Professional Strength Alkaline Cleaning - pH 9.5 formula breaks down grime, grease, waxes, and road film for a truly clean surface.
  • Eco-Friendly & Plant Based - Biodegradable, naturally derived ingredients that are safe for you, your vehicle, and the environment.
  • Minty Fresh! - infused with a hint of mint!
  • StayWet™ Technology - Advanced lubricity reduces scratching and keeps soap wet longer, even in sun or wind.
  • Bug & Salt Removal Power - Attacks road salt and bug splatter—perfect for pre-soaking and foaming applications.
  • Touchless Wash - When used with a heated pressure washer or on a well-maintained vehicle, APS can act as a touchless wash. Simply foam onto the surface, allow to dwell, then rinse thoroughly with high-pressure water and dry the vehicle.

    Foaming Behavior & Surface Safety

APS is not a thick-foaming soap. Instead, it’s engineered to lift, encapsulate, and pull dirt down and off the surface for safer, scratch-free cleaning. For those seeking a thick, high-foam pH-neutral soap, check out Oberk Foam Wash.

Note: APS is a professional-strength product. Always test on a small area first if unsure. For best results, use in the shade with cool-to-touch paint. Avoid applying to hot surfaces or in direct sunlight to prevent water spots or shortened dwell time.

    Surface Prep Tip:
Always wet the surface before applying APS to ensure maximum lubricity and safe cleaning.

Caution: APS is a slightly alkaline cleaner (pH 9.0–9.5) and may cause oxidation or staining on raw, uncoated, or polished aluminum surfaces. It is not recommended for use on bare billet aluminum, uncoated wheels, or delicate aluminum trim.

    For best results:

    • Always test in an inconspicuous area first.

    • Do not allow product to dwell or dry on aluminum surfaces.

    • Rinse thoroughly and promptly after application.

Oberk is not responsible for damage caused by improper use on sensitive materials.

            Frequently Asked Questions

01 How do I apply this product?

Follow the included application guide for best results. Ensure the surface is clean and decontaminated before applying. Work in a cool, shaded area and apply in thin, even layers.

02 What surfaces is this compatible with?

Our products are designed for automotive paint, clear coat, gel coat, and most factory finishes. Always test on a small, inconspicuous area first.

03 How long does the protection last?

Durability varies by product. Our ceramic coatings offer up to 2+ years of protection with proper maintenance. Sealants and quick detailers provide shorter-term protection ideal for maintenance washes.

04 Do I need any special tools?

Basic application requires microfiber towels and applicator pads. For paint correction products, you'll need a dual-action or rotary polisher with appropriate backing plates and pads.

            05 What's the cure time?

Ceramic coatings typically require 24-48 hours to fully cure. Avoid water exposure during this period. Sealants and quick detailers are ready immediately after buffing off.

06 Do you offer bulk or installer pricing?

Yes! Certified installers get access to exclusive pricing and products. Apply to become an installer through our Become an Installer page to unlock professional benefits.
